Work is typically undertaken at the client’s home or business premises.
However, we can also offer instant remote support when appropriate.
Estimates are given at the time of booking.

Service coverage:
Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, New Jersey within 1 hour traveling time of NYC. Longer distances by arrangement. Instant remote support available anywhere with a broadband internet connection.

Client location:
$75 per hour - Home user
$75 per hour - Small office/Home office
$100 per hour - Corporate or Server-based businesses

Mike has been absolutely clutch on many occasions. Incredibly reliable and great to work with. As someone who knows a lot about computers, I have to say the man knows his stuff, unlike 90% of the "computer repair technicians" I've had the dubious pleasure of dealing with. A definite pro.
